Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Community rules and acceptable use

Treat people with respect and seek clear consent. The following are not allowed: harassment, hate, threats, or stalking; scams, spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion; impersonation or fake profiles; sharing other people’s private information; and any non-consensual or illegal content.

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

To keep connections intentional and prevent spam or fake connections, members can send up to 25 connections per day. This limit applies to everyone and is not removed by any paid tier.

We may remove content and limit, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect the community.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant AllKinds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. Only post content you have the right to share.

Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We do not perform criminal background checks; optional photo verification is only a trust signal, not a guarantee.

Meet in public, tell someone your plans, and use Block and Report. In an emergency, contact local authorities first.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Core features — matching, messaging, seeing likes, discovery, filters, and safety tools — are free.

Optional paid items: a one-time “Customization” purchase (cosmetic themes and a profile badge) and a recurring monthly “Supporter” subscription (cosmetics plus convenience features). Paid items never grant matches, messages, reach, or visibility advantages.

Web payments are processed by Stripe; iOS purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms.

The Supporter subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (web) or your Apple subscription settings (iOS); cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. The one-time Customization purchase is permanent and does not recur.

Except where required by law (or by Apple’s policies for iOS purchases), payments are generally non-refundable. For billing questions, contact [email protected].

Termination, disclaimers, and liability

You may stop using AllKinds and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks.

AllKinds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, connections, or the conduct of other members.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllKinds and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of other members.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Arkansas.
