Need help with AllKinds? Here is how to reach us and handle the most common tasks.

Contact us

Email [email protected]. Include the email address on your account and a clear description of what you need. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Please do not send sensitive documents (like ID) unless our team explicitly asks for them.

Common topics

Account and profile: edit your profile anytime under Profile → Edit profile. Hide yourself from Discovery using the toggle in Settings.

Photo verification: submit a clear selfie under Verify profile; a moderator reviews it manually before your profile shows a verified badge.

Supporter and Customization: manage your themes and badge on the Support page. Manage or cancel a Supporter subscription through the Stripe customer portal (web) or your Apple subscription settings (iOS).

Safety: use Report and Block on any profile. See our Safety guidelines for more.

Delete your account or data: email [email protected] (or use in-app account deletion where available).

Safety and emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Report unsafe, deceptive, or coercive behavior to us and use Block to stop contact.
